How we work..

Ant loves to work closely with his clients and encourages participation in the design and 'thought before design' stages.

The most common starting point is a telephone conversation where Ant can begin to assess your requirements and ideas. Usually a home visit or meet at the workshop will fill in some of the gaps and provide enough information for an estimate of cost to be given.

This estimate is normally sent out within a week. Price changes only ever need to come into effect if the design is changed by you the client.

A Sketch is more often than not sent out with the estimate. A deposit of 30% secures the commission and the design is worked on, finalised, a computer wire-frame drawing produced for acceptance and work can begin.

Delivery/install dates are firmed up and final payment received upon completion.
